Water

While you shouldn’t have to pay for water, having a reusable water bottle at your disposal will make it easier for you to stay hydrated. H20 is the key to dewy skin as drinking lots of water helps eliminate and flush the toxins out of your body. We love the BKR glass water bottles, they help keep your water fresh and come in all sorts of shades to add a pop of color into your daily.

Green Tea

Green Tea helps protect your skin from sun damage and aging.  The catechins in green tea are strong antioxidants that improve the skin’s hydration, reduces inflammation and improves the skin’s thickness and elasticity.
