Tata's "Too Good to be Healthy" Keto Pancakes

Plot twist: these incredibly delicious pancakes also happen to be jam-packed with nutrients because they contain superfoods like dragonfruit powder and blue spirulina. We’re extra thankful that Taylor Rozenblat (aka TATA) shared the secret behind her magic pancakes. Find the recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP Almond Flour

1 CUP Almond Milk

1 Egg

2 Ripe Bananas

1 TSP Blue Spirulina

For topping:

5 TBS Cream Cheese

2 TSP Dragon Fruit Powder

PREP:

In a large bowl, crush the bananas with a fork. Add the almond flour, almond milk, egg, spirulina and whisk until smooth.

In a medium sauce pan, heat a lightly oiled sauce pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/2 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Once the pancakes are cooked, mix the dragonfruit powder and the cream cheese in a small bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds on HIGH.

Spread topping onto pancakes and drizzle maple syrup on these magic pancakes.
